We are seeking a skilled CAI MDM Integration Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with technical implementation for Informatica MDM / Customer 360 and Cloud Application Integration (CAI). This role focuses on understanding master data workflows, defining API-led integration requirements, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring that integrations between MDM and enterprise applications meet business needs.

The ideal candidate has strong business analysis skills, experience with customer/party master data, and working knowledge of MDM and CAI capabilities.

Achtergrond

Binnen deze opdracht ligt de nadruk op het verbinden van business en IT. De organisatie werkt met Informatica MDM / Customer 360 en Cloud Application Integration (CAI) om master data correct en consistent te integreren met enterprise applicaties. De Business Analyst speelt hierin een centrale rol door processen, datastromen en API-integraties zorgvuldig te analyseren en te documenteren.

Er wordt één dag per week gewerkt op het klantkantoor in Utrecht. De frequentie kan later worden verlaagd.

De organisatie richt zich op het realiseren van betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige integraties tussen master data platformen en bedrijfskritische applicaties.

Eisen:

• 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data, integration, or MDM projects.
• Strong understanding of Informatica MDM / Customer 360 concepts.
• Experience working with Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI) or similar integration platforms.
• Ability to define API requirements, payload structures, and data mappings.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Languages Required: English

Wensen:

• Experience in data governance, data quality, or customer master data programs.
• Exposure to IICS components (CDI, API Manager).
• Understanding of JSON, XML, REST API principles.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow.
• Domain experience in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Telecom.
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
