As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will take ownership of one dedicated domain (see above) and deliver it end to end within a highly regulated, zero tolerance for downtime environment.

As Senior IT Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful delivery of your project scope from design through execution and cutover. You operate within the boundaries of the overall program, but fully own planning, execution, risks, dependencies and delivery for your domain.

"You translate program objectives into executable project plans, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage vendors, and ensure your deliverables are completed on time, within scope, budget and quality standards. You proactively identify risks and dependencies and escalate effectively when needed."

We are executing a large scale, mission critical integration between two organizations.

The overarching IT program is firmly in place, with clear governance, decision making structures and regulatory oversight.

Within this program, multiple complex migration streams are running in parallel.

The non negotiable principle is clear: customers must not be impacted.

Eisen:

• 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in complex enterprise IT environments.
• Proven experience delivering large scale migrations or transformations within one or more of the listed domains.
• Experience working within larger programs with strong governance and regulatory oversight.
• Hands on experience with cutovers, service continuity and working in zero /near zero downtime environments.
• Strong planning, coordination and execution skills in multi vendor and multi team setups.
• Ability to proactively manage risks, dependencies and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in regulated environments (preferably financial services).
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

Wensen:

• Experience within banking, insurance or payments organizations.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), enterprise networks or EUC environments, depending on domain.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes, change/release management and service windows.

• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum or SAFe
