(Junior) ICT Support (temporarely)

Location: office Alkmaar (fulltime)
Duration: 3-6 months (maybe longer)
We seek a candidate to handle a significant portion of the daily operational workload in
HelpDesk and customer requests. Key responsibilities include:
1. Customer Request Handling:
- Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a
high level of service and satisfaction.
2. Ticket Generation and Resolution:
- Creating, tracking, and resolving technical support tickets, ensuring accurate and
timely solutions to reported problems.
3. Equipment Preparation and Delivery:
- Managing the preparation, delivery, and installation of equipment for employees,
ensuring all tools are ready for use.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, patient, and able to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential. The candidate should be
attentive and effective in problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience (the purpose of this requirement is to
validate that the person is able to collaborate in a work team environment).
- Basic knowledge in Systems (ITF+ certification required).
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Junior level focused role.
